01How to Check Your Fuliza Limit
Checking your current Fuliza limit takes under a minute and works on any phone — you don't need a smartphone or data bundle.
02What the SMS Reply Means
When your limit increases, Safaricom typically sends a message similar to:
This figure is your maximum available overdraft — not a fixed loan you must take. You can use anywhere from KES 1 up to that limit, and it only shrinks by whatever portion you've currently borrowed and not repaid.
03Using "Refresh My Limit"
Within the same *334# menu, Safaricom offers a "Refresh My Limit" option. This doesn't guarantee an increase, but it prompts an on-demand review using your most recent M-Pesa activity, rather than waiting for the standard periodic review cycle.
04Limit Shows KES 0?
A limit of zero after checking usually means one of a few specific, fixable things. We've broken down exactly why this happens and what to do about it on a dedicated page.
